ADMIN RECRUIT: ON! *BRIGHT PREMIUM*

This are just some rules so that we don't have argues inside of the clan. We want to be a stabile and really nice clan. Do you have comments on a rule? Start a discussion in the forums. If you have any questions about being admin start a new post.


Become a admin and you must pay money?!
First of all, we will never force you to donate money. But we will be really happy if you do and it's the ONLY way to become a admin on the BRIGHT servers. What are we doing with the money? Buying some new servers off course! You pay 5 euro per/month or more if you want. You will be a admin on all servers that we have(if you have the game). So if we start a new CS1.6 server and you are in the TF2 squad you will also be there a admin without paying more. This is only possible if we have many members and donators. All donations that are sent to us are for a good cause. Some of Bright servers are paid for through money out of our own pockets, so why not help out a little? And what if 5 euro is too much for you? Every cents counts, even if you have only 1 euro for us donate please! We will always be really open who's donating and whos not.

Anything extra received will be set aside for when we need it again. None of this money will be used for personal use by any staff member.


Remember if you donate money to Bright this will never make you automaticly a admin! Before sending us money for the ADMIN POWERS read below this: "So in a short overview how 2 become a admin?"

#2 make a forum post in job section with the following things:
- nickname
- realname
- where from?
- age
- steam account name (so we can mayb add you as friend)
- ex-clans
- admin experience?
- since when you play the game (x years/begin beta etc.)
- If you agree with ALL THE RULES in this forum post. \<- IMPORTANT TO TELL US!
and other things you wanna tell..
MOST IMPORTANT THING: Why do you wanna be admin?


#3 then J2theW and his Head admins will tell you on the FORUM if we accept you or not.. BE PATIENT FOR GETTING A REPLY. Never try to contact us on steam or PM on sites for admin.. just make a post and we will contact YOU!

Then we will give some more info and then we add YOU on our steam friends..


#4 fix 5 euro on this paypal adress: j2thew@live.nl
if you dont have paypal and you dont wanna have it but you have internet banking.. send a mail to j2thew@live.nl and we will give your information about or banking number.


#5 If step 4 is done and we have the money on paypal or our bankaccount we make you a admin. YOU get on ALL servers FULL ADMIN POWERS on ALL kind of games(atm only CS servers).





Expectations:
We expect several things from our members.
- Always follow the rules that we made
- Mature behavior
- Be a NICE admin and NOT a DICTATOR
- Good english (not perfect! 8O)
- Be a part of the Bright community so be active on the Bright site and mIRC channel
- Use the Bright tag as much as you can! On mIRC and STEAM you must set the Bright tag. If you are in a public server its allowed to use other names. But if you use admin commands please set a tag!



Public server guideline:
- Cheat instant ban
- Flames 1st warn them, 2nd time kick or 60 minutes ban
- Camping* 1st warn them, 2nd time punish them hehe!
- Bug abuse 1st warn them, 2nd time kick or 60 minutes ban
- Racism 1st warn them, 2nd time 60 minutes/permanent ban
- Laming* 1st warn them, 2nd time punish them hehe!

*By this rules you can do the following things to punish them(this is only be possible with CS1.6):
amx_fire Player will be set on fire and will die.
amx_rocket Player will turn in a rocket and will die fast
amx_uberslap Player will be slapped many times till 1HP left. Often they fall and die.

You can only read it when you are admin on the BRIGHT FORUMS.. so you need to wait till we accept you before you can read it



So what can you expect from us when you become a admin?
- Full admin rights on ALL server.
- Acces to the private forum.
- Acces to the BRIGHT PREMIUM forum page.
- Special admin skin so people will recognize you.
- In the welcome message from the server (typ /rules ingame)
- Train with the skilled guys from team \#1 in PCW's.

Frequently Asked Questions.
Q: Can you be in more clans/community's than bright?
A: Yes you can, but it's only allowed if it's a game where we are not active in.

Q: If we start a new gaming squad like CS:Source and you are already in one, what happens?
A: You can stay in that clan and in Bright.

Q: What happens if you are going to be inactive for a good reason like work and you already payed for like 6 months?
A: We can take back the admin rights and you will set on inactive. You will stay a Crew member on the site and if you are back active we will activated your admin rights on the public site etc.

Q: What must I do when I go on holiday for more than one week?
A: Just report it on forum http://www.bright-online.nl/site/module ... ame=Forums\&file=viewforum\&f=19. We only need to know when you go and come back.

Q: Can I set on inactive if I'm on holiday?
A: No, we will set you only inactive if your gone for more than ONE month(31 days).

Q: What happens if you get kicked out of bright?
A: We will never kick you without a really good reason and talk with other bright members. A good reason can be admin abuse on the publics. As example giving yourself weapons in the gun round(that’s the first round on a map in CS1.6). We will never kick you for a single action like that but if you do it often you will be kicked. But we will kick you for racism and stuff like that. We will not give your money back if you payed for more months.


Just be nice and nothing bad will happen mates!

All admins already know this rule. But for anyone that didnt get:
You are the only one that can login in your STEAM account where the admin rights are on. And you dont have a stupid password that people just can guess.

Example for good password. Low and uppercase letters and some numbers. Example: BriGhT1234

Also you need 2 have the latest ventrilo and a working microphone
